The tipping point (revisited): 88K (1)

Summary: Viral trophism, the proliferation of viruses, is biophysically constrained by the light-activated assembly of the microRNA-RNA-peptide nanocomplex. The assembly of the nanocomplex links the physiology of reproduction to the transgenerational epigenetic inheritance of all morphological and behavioral phenotypes via sympatric speciation. Theorists are force to ignore all the facts until they quit touting their nonsense about “Big Bang” cosmology and neo-Darwinian evolution.
How much longer will it be until they admit to their overwhelming ignorance?
On 5/29/19, 170 new items were added to the indexed articles that mention microRNAs in one day for a total of 87,149
On 6/15/19, 185 new items were added to the indexed articles that mention microRNAs in one day for a total of 87,900
Do the math: 751 articles / 17 days = an average of 44 new indexed articles per day that include the term microRNA, or ~1325 in a month.
This recent addition to the indexed articles that mention “microRNA” has more explanatory power than most.
Common Mechanisms of Viral Injury… (5/26/19)

Precision medicine objectives to optimize host-directed and pathogen-directed therapies… will only be achieved through detailed understanding of genetic susceptibility associated with immune responses and viral tropism.

The food energy-dependent pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction in species from microbes to humans prevents viral trophism. The common mechanisms of viral injury do not exist outside the context of Schroedinger’s claims from 1944 in “What is life?”
Ben Feringa and others answered that question in: Dynamic control of chirality and self-assembly of double-stranded helicates with light (11/7/16)
Google:

“Photochemical control of the twist sense of a dynamic single-stranded helical polyisocyanate and peptides has also been reported 27–29.”

This was reported in the context of the 2016 Nobel Prize in Chemistry.
If the common mechanisms of energy-dependent chirality are not linked fro microRNA-mediated DNA repair, Darwin’s “conditions of life” cannot be linked to all biodiversity because there would be no biophysically contrained biodiversity.
Darwin’s “conditions of life,” are the facts of life that have been placed into their proper context by all serious scientists. For example see:
What is life when it is not protected from virus driven entropy (3/30/16)

The anti-entropic force of virucidal ultraviolet light links guanine–cytosine (G⋅C) Watson–Crick base pairing from hydrogen-atom transfer in DNA base pairs in solution to supercoiled DNA, which protects the organized genomes of all living genera from virus-driven entropy. For example, protection of DNA from permanent UV damage occurs in the context of photosynthesis and nutrient-dependent RNA-directed DNA methylation, which links RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions to DNA repair. In the context of thermodynamic cycles of protein biosynthesis and degradation, DNA repair enables the de novo creation of G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs). Olfactory receptor genes are GPCRs. The de novo creation of olfactory receptor genes links chemotaxis and phototaxis from foraging behavior to social behavior in species from microbes to humans. Foraging behavior links ecological variation to ecological adaptation in the context of this atoms to ecosystems model of biophysically constrained energy-dependent RNA-mediated protein folding chemistry. Protein folding chemistry links nutrient-dependent microRNAs from microRNA flanking sequences to energy transfer and cell type differentiation in the context of adhesion proteins, and supercoiled DNA that protects all organized genomes from virus-driven entropy.

For a historical perspective, see: Feedback loops link odor and pheromone signaling with reproduction (11/18/2005) The senior author is 2004 Nobel Laureate, Linda Buck
Moving forward, see: Olfaction Warps Visual Time Perception (3/17/17) Expect the senior author, Wen Zhou to become a Nobel Laureate during the next few years.
Any unfortunate delays could be due to the fact that the epigenetic effects of odors and pheromones on energy-dependent biophysically constrained viral latency also appear in the context of ridiculous theories touted by social scientists.
See for example: Variability in the organization and size of hunter-gatherer groups: Foragers do not live in small-scale societies

Most mobile hunter-gatherers live in groups dominated by links between non-relatives, where residential group membership is fluid and supports large-scale social networks of interaction.

Some social scientists do not seem to know that when organisms do not find enough food to successfully reproduce, they do not contribute to any interactions among large-scale social networks. Without enough food, the organisms starve to death. That claim is not based on any theory.
I established the facts about food energy-dependent biophysically constrained amino acid substitutions in RNA mediated molecular epigenetics and virus driven entropy (3/2/16)

Energy-dependent molecular epigenetics support Einstein’s complete molecular mechanical theory via established links from microRNA flanking sequences to DNA base pair substitutions and amino acid substitutions in adhesion proteins. The adhesion proteins include heat shock proteins that link the epigenetic landscape to biophysically constrained nutrient-dependent RNA-mediated protein folding chemistry and cell type differentiation via the structure and function of supercoiled DNA. Einstein’s theory fits into the context of Darwin’s “conditions of life” via the de novo creation of nucleic acids; the nutrient-dependent function of the ribosome; and the de novo creation of olfactory receptor genes. De novo gene creation is the “holy grail” of biophysically constrained chemistry and biologically-based cause and effect. The discoveries reviewed here link the nutrient-dependent microRNA/messenger RNA balance from metabolic networks to genetic networks and to healthy longevity or virus-driven pathology in the context of what is known about all model organisms.

My Tipping Point series began with the claims about 50,000 published works The tipping point? 50, 000 publications (5/16/16) Did I mention that there are now 38,000 more?
See:  Energy as information and constrained endogenous RNA interference (2/15/17)

Feedback loops link quantized energy as information to biophysically constrained RNA-mediated protein folding chemistry. Light induced energy-dependent changes link angstroms to ecosystems from classical physics to chemistry/chirality and to molecular epigenetics/autophagy. The National Microbiome Initiative links microbial quorum sensing to the physiology of reproduction via endogenous RNA interference and chromosomal rearrangements. The rearrangements link energy-dependent fixed amino acid substitutions to the Precision Medicine Initiative via genome wide inferences of natural selection. This detailed representation of energy-dependent natural selection for codon optimality links biologically- based cause and effect from G protein-coupled receptors to RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions and the functional structure of supercoiled DNA. Energy-dependent polycombic ecological adaptations are manifested in supercoiled DNA. Chromosomal inheritance links the adaptations from morphological phenotypes to healthy longevity via behavioral phenotypes. For contrast, virus-driven energy theft is the link from messenger RNA degradation to negative supercoiling, constraint breaking mutations, and hecatombic evolution. The viral hecatomb links transgenerational epigenetic inheritance from archaea to Zika virus-damaged DNA, which typically is repaired by endogenous RNA interference and fixation of RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions in organized genomes.

Also, light-activated microRNA biogenesis links the energy-dependent creation of docosahexanoic acid from the assembly of the microRNA-RNA-peptide nanocomplex to biophysically constrained viral latency, which links physics, chemistry, and molecular epigenetics to all biodiversity via food energy-dependent social networks of interaction.

For facts about microRNA biogenesis and cell type differentiation in all living genera, see: miR-520d-5p can reduce the mutations in hepatoma cancer cells and iPSCs-derivatives

Cancer cell genomic mutations cannot be repaired in most contexts. However, these findings suggest that applied development of 520d-5p would allow new approaches to cancer research and improve the quality of iPSCs used in regenerative medicine.

Conclusions:

These findings suggest that in cancer cells, malignant properties can be reprogrammed and reversed by induction of nucleotide conversion. These findings also suggest that 520d-5p has potential in regenerative medicine, as transfection improved the quality of hiPSCs.

The medical/industrial complex has nearly destroyed itself with claims that make no sense.
See for comparison: The extent of codon usage bias in human RNA viruses and its evolutionary origin (2003)

…the strong correlation between base and dinucleotide composition and codon usage bias suggested that mutation pressure rather than natural (translational) selection is the most important determinant of the codon bias observed.

Serious scientists do not link correlations from mutations to codon bias. They link the creation of sunlight to biophysically constrained viral latency and healthy longevity.
Codon identity regulates mRNA stability and translation efficiency during the maternal-to-zygotic transition (2016)

The bias between codons or amino acids, and mRNA expression levels has been previously recognized across species and is thought to result from selection for efficient, accurate translation, and folding of highly expressed genes (Ikemura, 1982; Akashi, 1994; Akashi & Gojobori, 2002; Drummond & Wilke, 2008; Kudla et al, 2009; Novoa & Ribas de Pouplana, 2012). The amino acid optimality code (Fig 6) provides an alternative perspective on sequence changes between paralogs in evolution and human disease.

The virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA has been linked to the hecatombic evolution of all diseases.

Genome-Wide Study Reveals a Novel Regulatory Pathway: Translation Affects mRNA Stability in a Codon-Dependent Manner (June 26, 2019)

In this webinar, Ariel Bazzini of the Stowers Institute for Medical Research will detail a study that took three independent approaches in different human cells. The team measured the decay of existing mRNAs by performing time-course RNA-seq; measured mRNA stability independent of untranslated regions (UTRs) using a vector-based library termed ORFome; and measured mRNA stability without blocking mRNA transcription using a method called SLAM-seq.

Dr. Bazzini will discuss the study’s findings, which provide valuable insights into a novel and powerful regulatory pathway that may be an underlying cause of misregulated gene expression in human conditions and diseases.
