Summary: Viral trophism, the proliferation of viruses, is biophysically constrained by the light-activated assembly of the microRNA-RNA-peptide nanocomplex. The assembly of the nanocomplex links the physiology of reproduction to the transgenerational epigenetic inheritance of all morphological and behavioral phenotypes via sympatric speciation. Theorists are force to ignore all the facts until they quit touting their nonsense about “Big Bang” cosmology and neo-Darwinian evolution.

…when the rate at which carbon dioxide enters the oceans pushes past a certain threshold — whether as the result of a sudden burst or a slow, steady influx — the Earth may respond with a runaway cascade of chemical feedbacks, leading to extreme ocean acidification that dramatically amplifies the effects of the original trigger.

On 7/8/19, that claim was added to the evidence that mathematical models of virus-driven and vaccine-induced pathology are useless. The theory ignores all facts that link the creation of energy as information to biophysically constrained viral latency via the physiology of reproduction.

Am I one of the few intelligent serious scientists who knows that mathematical models of carbon fixation have been useless since the time George M. Church et al, submitted the patent application for naturally occurring light-activated carbon fixation and RNA interference, which biophysically constrains viral latency via the physiology of reproduction in all living genera?

Repetitive elements or endogenous viral elements can be targeted with engineered Cas+gRNA systems in microbes, plants, animals, or human cells to reduce deleterious transposition or to aid in sequencing or other analytic genomic/transcriptomic/proteomic/diagnostic tools (in which nearly identical copies can be problematic).

and A primate-specific short GluN2A-NMDA receptor isoform is expressed in the human brain

…we confirm the expression of both GluN2A transcripts in human and primate but not rodent brain tissue, and show that they are translated to two corresponding GluN2A proteins present in human brain…

Medical Definition of isoform. : any of two or more functionally similar proteins that have a similar but not identical amino acid sequence and are either encoded by different genes or by RNA transcripts from the same gene which have had different exons removed.

The creation and fixation of amino acid substitutions in species-specific receptor isoforms is food energy-dependent and pheromone-controlled in species from microbes to humans.

For comparison to everything known to serious scientists about receptor-mediated cell type differentiation, Twitter antagonist Christopher Johnson wrote: Around half of the cases are an inversion at intron #22 on the gene, with the remainder a huge variety of things. The Factor VIII gene is a monster gene.

On July 10, 2019, I responded: This isoform is a primate-specific ‘monster” protector. https://molecularbrain.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13041-019-0485-9 The article was published on July 4, which means I will link it to your comment on the Vietnam memorial wall as ‘military porn.’ My enlistment oath requires me to protect people from monsters like you.
