Periodic links Subatomic to Cytosis for ages 10+

The creation of anti-entropic virucidal light links food energy-dependent pheromone-controlled pro-survival molecular mechanism in species from microbes to mammals to biophysically constrained viral latency via fixation of RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions. For comparison, Eugene Koonin and Mart Krupovic showed that viruses co-opted God’s Creation of the epigenetically effected pro-survival molecular mechanisms.

The epigenetically-effected pro-survival mechanisms are microRNA-mediated.

See: Spindle-shaped viruses infect marine ammonia-oxidizing thaumarchaea 7/16/19

Previous studies have suggested that, like all microbes, thaumarchaea are infected by viruses and that viral predation has a profound impact on thaumarchaeal functioning and mortality, thereby regulating global biogeochemical cycles.

The facts about global biogeochemical cycles of energy-dependent viral latency and transgenerational epigenetic inheritance were introduced as:

Eukaryotic plankton diversity in the sunlit ocean 5/22/15

Diversity emerged at all taxonomic levels, both within the groups comprising the ~11,200 cataloged morphospecies of eukaryotic plankton and among twice as many other deep-branching lineages of unappreciated importance in plankton ecology studies. Most eukaryotic plankton biodiversity belonged to heterotrophic protistan groups, particularly those known to be parasites or symbiotic hosts.

This led to the metaphorical representation that the sunlit surface layer of all the world’s oceans represents the functional structure that links a giant biogeochemical membrane from the atmosphere to the oceans’ interiors.

The results of unconstrained viral replication were placed into the context of: Virus-mediated archaeal hecatomb in the deep seafloor 10/12/16

…viral infections were responsible for the abatement of 1.0 to 2.2% day−1 (on average 1.6% day−1) of the bacterial abundance and 2.3 to 4.3% day−1 (on average 3.2% day−1) of the archaeal abundance in deep-sea sediments (Fig. 6).

Unconstrained viral replication was linked from the virus-driven reduction in brain-enriched microRNAs to the degradation of messenger RNA and brain cancer in:

Reduced expression of brain-enriched microRNAs in glioblastomas permits targeted regulation of a cell death gene 9/14/11

The antithesis of biophysically constrained energy-dependent microRNA-mediated viral latency and healthy longevity has been linked to all pathology by E Koonin and M Krupovic  since 1971.

See: A universal trend of amino acid gain and loss in protein evolution

Amino acid composition of proteins varies substantially between taxa and, thus, can evolve.

There is a Corrigendum (26 May 2005) associated with this document.

We have since discovered that a similar scenario for protein evolution was proposed by Zuckerkandl and colleagues more than thirty years ago1.

Mutational trends and random processes in the evolution of informational macromolecules 8/14/71

…the more frequent amino-acid residues tend to get rarer and the rarer ones more frequent. Thereby a random process is again suggested, though not established, in molecular evolution.

It is now perfectly clear that no random process will ever be established in the context of stress-linked mutations, which have been linked to all pathology for comparison to energy-dependent fixation of RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions, which have been linked to cell type differentiation of all cell types in all individuals of all species.

Indeed, the opposite of the so-called “random processes” links nutrient stress and social stress to all virus-driven pathology.

See for comparison: COLLOQUIUM Correction for “Brain on stress: How the social environment gets under the skin,” (1/22/13) by Bruce S. McEwen

The authors note that on page 17184, right column, first paragraph, line 4, “effect” should instead appear as “affect.”

In 1992, Bruce McEwen taught me to differentiate between the epigenetic effects of food odors and pheromones on hormones and the affect of hormones on behavior. Common knowledge and common interests allow for the maintenance of friendships during years of personal and professional associations shared by intelligent people who eliminate their antagonists or use them to help others recognize examples of human idiocy. At a meeting of the Society for Neuroscience in New Orleans, where he was presenting in 2012, I asked Bruce McEwen about the confusing representations of stress-effected cell type differentiation Brain on stress: How the social environment gets under the skin (10/8/12).

The brain is the central organ of stress and adaptation (Fig. 1).

I was happy to see him clarify the facts about how ecological variation must be linked to ecological adaptations via the brain in the context of his correction. He was the first person to advise me on the likelihood that the adaptations are food energy-dependent and pheromone-controlled in species from microbes to humans. Simply put, after review of my model, he told me I would need to start with the activation of genes in gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) neurosecetory neurons and link the GnRH-directed control of reproduction to mammalian biodiversity via other animal models.

A team of researchers… found that immune cells undergoing stress and an altered metabolism are the reasons why some individuals become sick from viral infections while others do not, when exposed to the same virus.

When I mentioned this to a researcher who is studying bats, he linked filovirus elements in Phyllostromid bats.

Phyllostromid bats are riddled with filovirus elements in their genome. — Rick Anthony Perez-Ricketson 7/16/19

The claim that: Members of this family have evolved to use food groups such as fruit, nectar, pollen, insects, frogs, other bats, and small vertebrates, and in the case of the vampire bats, even blood can be linked to to the forthcoming viral pandemic predicted in the 2011 medical thriller: “Contagion

It is clear that Phyllostromid bats are the key to understanding all virus-driven pathology. That fact refutes neo-Darwinian theories and every aspect of Big Bang cosmology. It is the last thing that neo-Darwinian theorists and “Big Bang” cosmologists want people to learn about.

They have ignored all the facts about how energy-dependent viral latency is biophysically constrained and reported constraints in the context of “Amino acid composition of proteins varies substantially between taxa and, thus, can evolve.

Attempts to discuss the difference between mutation-driven evolution and biophysically constrained viral latency, which links what organisms eat from the metabolism of food to the pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction in species from microbes to humans, have failed to convince my antagonists that they do not have either the knowledge or the intelligence to argue their position with intelligent, serious scientists who use social media. They seem to think it is acceptable for them to simply claim that others are wrong about the facts as they reassert claims that are based on ridiculous theories.

What a lot of people seem to forget on twitter is that people are watching. The point isn’t to argue with one person and get them to change their mind – you won’t. The point is about how the exchange appears to the far larger numbers who see it but don’t participate. 7/18/19
