Probability of Inheritance I mentioned this to my neighbor when he called my attention to the yellow flower.
Three of the mature flowers from this same stalk are pink.
If the P (pink) allele is dominant over the Y (yellow) allele for Brugmansia, 100% of the PY offspring will have a pink phenotype. If the parent plants both have heterozygous (PY) genotypes, there will be 25% PP, 50% PY, and 25% YY offspring on average.
These percentages are determined based on the fact that each of the 4 offspring boxes in a Punnett square is 25% (1 out of 4). As to phenotypes, 75% will be P and only 25% will be Y. These will be the odds every time a new offspring is conceived by parents with PY genotypes.
The differences in plant and animal genotypes are linked to differences in morphological phenotypes in plants such as flower color and skin color. The differences in genotypes are linked to morphological and behavioral phenotypes in animals. Predictable differences that racists have linked to skin color are found only outside the context of epigenetic effects on cell type differentiation.
Epigenetic effects are species-specific and they biophysically constrain viral latency. That fact confirms that there is only one human species in the context of difference in like kind found in plant species. For example, the amount of available sunlight (energy as information) and water determine the size of leaves in plants and the the time of flowering. The example of differences in the color of flowers from the same stalk helps to prove that the anti-entropic virucidal energy of sunlight links epigenetically effected changes to the development of morphological phenotypes of Brugmansia, which links changes in electrons from angstroms to ecosystems in all living genera.
Unless I have not properly used the Punnett square or made some other error in logic, it seems likely that experimental evidence of virus-driven ecological adaptations in the color of flowers from the same stalk predicted the extinction of Brugmansia in the wild. The developmental differences in flower color can be linked to extinction in the wild of Brugmansia, which predicts that the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA will cause the extinction of honeybees and humans via mathematical models of Darwin’s claims about “conditions of life.”

…an important gap is being filled by molecular understanding of the genesis of variation that confers the ability to evolve.
Light-activated microRNA biogenesis confers the ability to ecologically adapt. Biophysically constrained viral latency prevents the evolution of hecatombic patholog that links the degradation of messenger RNA from mutations to the evolution of archaea and L-forms from bacteria in the context of the Virus-mediated archaeal hecatomb in the deep seafloor

Jon Lieff, and others like him, want you to think that the conserved molecular mechanisms of biophysically constrained viral latency and healthy longevity in all species have not been detailed at every level of investigation by serious scientists. They are pseudoscientists with Killer Clown tendencies to believe in “Killer Clown” theology.
