I saw this from 1987, when I followed his link:
I asked: Are you claiming that claims about soil genesis = a model?
On 9/27/19 I tweeted this response to Andrew Jones: The tipping point (revisited): 92K (1).
By the end of the next day, my tweets had made ~77,000 impressions. (When I reported on the fake imagery of the black hole, my tweets made only ~40,000 impressions. (Meet Katie Bouman, One Woman Who Helped Make the World’s First Image of a Black Hole)
See for comparison: “MicroRNA” From 1995/01/01 to 2019/12/31 Items: 1 to 20 of 91973: Stem cell derived exosomes: microRNA therapy for age-related musculoskeletal disorders 9/17/19
…historically overlooked by mainstream biopharmaceutical researchers.
Investors pay people to watch for research results that will alter the course of economic history. A biotechnology paradigm shift could cause the loss of billions of dollars from their portfolios. This exemplifies that paradigm shift.
microRNAs are short, (18-22 nt) non-coding RNAs involved in important cellular processes due to their ability to regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. Exosomes are small (50-200 nm) extracellular vesicles, naturally secreted from a variety of living cells and are believed to mediate cell-cell communication through multiple mechanisms, including uptake in destination cells. Circulating microRNAs and exosome-derived microRNAs can have key roles in regulating muscle cell development and differentiation. Several microRNAs are highly expressed in muscle and their regulation is important for myocyte homeostasis. Changes in muscle associated microRNA expression are associated with muscular diseases including muscular dystrophies, inflammatory myopathies, and congenital myopathies. In this review, we aim to highlight the biology of microRNAs and exosomes as well as their roles in muscle health and diseases. We also discuss the potential crosstalk between skeletal and cardiac muscle through exosomes and their contents.
On 9/27/19, I indicated that the facts about light-activated microRNA biogenesis and the prevention of virus-driven muscular dystrophies, inflammatory myopathies, congenital myopathies, and other virus-driven pathology had been “…overlooked by mainstream biopharmaceutical researchers.” That may have been the first indication some investors got that there are many biologically uninformed science idiots who masquerade as mainstream biopharmaceutical researchers. The idiots do not know how viral latency is biophysically constrained. That would explain why investors, not the idiots, drove the number of my tweet impressions to nearly 78,000.
But wait, there’s more.
…TERT [telomerase reverse-transcriptase] has a previously underappreciated, protective role in buffering senescence stresses due to short, dysfunctional telomeres, and preventing malignant transformation.
Co-author, Francis S. Collins (NIH director) has again refuted his past claims about theistic evolution with facts about how RNA interference biophysically constrains viral latency.
See for review:Francis S. Collins refutes theistic evolution 2/15/17
The frameshift mutation and rare autosomal recessive mutations occur outside the context of energy-dependent endogenous RNA interference (RNAi). For comparison RNA-directed DNA methylation (aka endogenous RNAi) typically links DNA-contacting amino acids to healthy longevity via the transgenerational epigenetic inheritance of morphological and behavioral phentoypes in species from microbes to humans.
The impact of refutations that link biophysically constrained viral latency to healthy longevity has severe repercussions for mainstream biopharmaceutical researchers.
See for example: Illumina plans to lay off 58 employees [of ~8000]
The January 2020 departure of Garret Hampton clearly signals the end of careers for many of those who failed to link what organisms eat to the physiology of reproduction and biophysically constrained viral latency in species from microbes to humans via the Creation of sunlight and water.
See the publications of Garret M. Hampton for examples. Profiling the Evolution of Human Metastatic Bladder Cancer (2004)
…we generated preliminary information that is in accordance with the biological processes suspected to be at play in general phenomena of metastasis. It is our hope that additional comparison of the model systems behavior to the snapshots provided by human clinical samples will reveal key target pathways that will soon permit better diagnosis and therapeutic intervention.
Energy-dependent microRNA biogenesis prevents metastases. There is no general phenomena. The light-activated assembly of the microRNA-RNA-peptide nanocomplex biophysically constrains viral latency and all pathology in species from microbes to humans.
I apologize for the role that my accurate representations of top-down energy-dependent causation will play in the devaluation of most biopharmaceutical and other biotechnology stocks.
But see also: How To Live Longer: Cut Down On Red Meat, Eat More Nuts, And Be Optimistic 9/30/19 from Forbes Magazine by Steven Salzberg
… in the study, men and women who ate more red meat–half a serving more per day–had about a 9% greater risk of death (from any cause), over the course of an 8-year followup period.
See for comparison: Nutrient-dependent Pheromone-Controlled Ecological Adaptations: From Angstroms to Ecosystems 4/18/18 and/or the preprint of my invited review of nutritional epigenetics: Nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled ecological adaptations: from atoms to ecosystems 4/10/14
Steven Salzberg, the Bloomberg Distinguished Professor of Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, and Biostatistics at Johns Hopkins University, is one of many people who have been forced to recapitulate my claims at the same time others, such as Ethan Siegel at Forbes Magazine, lead pseudoscientists to their doom via examples of human idiocy.
A consensus will only arise when a theory is good enough to make predictions that are robust, verified by multiple lines of evidence, backed up by a statistically significant amount of data, and where definitive observations have been taken that discern one particular theory’s predictions from the others.
It’s why General Relativity is the consensus theory of gravity, but also why we continue to challenge it with new observations in regimes where it hasn’t yet been tested.
It’s why evolution, via the mechanism of genetic mutation and natural selection, is the consensus theory on the origin of the species currently found on Earth.
Claims about how the mechanism of genetic mutation and natural selection led to the consensus theory on the origin and evolution of all species on Earth place mathematical models and correlations before Darwin’s “conditions of life.” Use of correlations by biologically uninformed science idiots who publish in Forbes will cause the forthcoming biotech market crash via Ethan Siegel’s reporting of the nonsense touted by a 16 year-old girl.
Ho, Ho, Ho.
…evolutionary science has now “moved on to such an extent” that she and Peter Saunders don’t really care anymore about “trying to convince the neo-Darwinists.
She probably died laughing at those who couldn’t grasp the scientific truth about genetics and epigenetics.
If your financial advisors think that Ethan Siegel, and others like him, are not biologically uninformed science idiots, you may — during the next few years — reduce your losses by investing in companies that focus on what is known about how nutritional epigenetics links food energy as information to biophysically constrained RNA interference and healthy longevity in all living genera.
