I posted this to RNA-mediated.com as RNA-mediated radiosensitivity (1) before resolve of an access issue. I’ve removed most of the content from that blog post and placed it here for continuity in the context of publications that mention microRNA

Watch as everything known about microRNA-mediated biophysically constrained viral latency continues to attest to the Eternal Significance of microRNAs (in the series of the same name). It will be difficult to follow the scientific progress if you still believe in the pseudoscientific nonsense about natural selection for mutation-driven evolution rather than radiosensitivity and microRNA-mediated viral latency as the source of all biodiversity in the context of the food energy-dependent physiology of reproduction.

…miR-130a reversed the epithelial-mesenchymal transition phenotype of rectal cancer cells following inhibition of cell invasion upon irradiation. Moreover, miR-130a also inhibited the repair of irradiation-induced DNA damage followed by cell death. We identified that SOX4 was a direct target of miR-130a. Overexpression of SOX4 reversed the promotion activity of miR-130a on radiosensitivity. Together, our findings suggest that miR-130a functions as a radiosensitizer in rectal cancer and reveals a potential therapeutic target and preoperative prognostic marker for radiotherapy.

The claim: miR-130a biophysically constrains light-activated viral latency via reversal of the epithelial-mesenchymal transition phenotype of rectal cancer cells.

That claim can be linked to the food energy pheromone-controlled prevention of suicide and mass killings by reversal of the failed transition from adolescence to adulthood.

The late Timothy J. Cunningham is the first author of this article on how food security has since been linked from the transgenerational epigenetic inheritance of nutrient stress and social stress to changes in microRNA-mediated cell type differentiation and healthy longevity or to virus-driven pathology.

The late Suzanne Eaton, one of the co-authors, helped to link maternal food security to the prevention of all pathology via what is known about Ionizing Radiation (IR), which is a well-known risk factor for deregulated microRNA expression.

Radiosensitivity, (aka effects of the sun’s anti-entropic virucidal energy on organized genomes, or ESA-VEOG for acronym-linked comic relief)  links what people eat and the pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction to the prevention of, and/or effective treatment of, pathology via changes in one base pair and one amino acid substitution.

COMT Val158Met is the example I frequently use to link quantum physics from chemistry to RNA-mediated biology.  One food energy-dependent base pair change linked to one amino acid substitution has been linked to the stability of organized human genomes.

Viruses steal the energy that cell type require for differentiation into all the different cell types in all the different tissues and organs of all species. The across-kingdom connection is energy-dependent. That fact is routinely placed into the context of ridiculous theories about the emergence of energy and mutation-driven evolution.

Don’t complain, or ask “Why me?” if ever you are diagnosed with rectal cancer or any other cancer. The diagnoses and ineffective treatments follow decades of medical practice that have been linked to deliberate attempts to make it seem like you know nothing, and that medical practitioners know everything.

They know a lot about how to make money from your unnecessary suffering, which may lead to your premature death. But that’s not important enough for you to learn about the virus-driven pathology for comparison to healthy longevity, is it?

You will complain that learning is too hard because it’s complicated, or ignore the facts each time they offend you. Are you offended now, or can’t you hear me?
