Co-circulation of genetically distinct highly pathogenic avian influenza A clade 2.3.4.4 (H5N6) viruses in wild waterfowl and poultry in Europe and East Asia, 2017–18 (4/22/19) can now be linked to A multicellular way of life for a multipartite virus (3/12/19).

It was reported as A New Discovery Upends What We Know About Viruses (3/14/19) and also as  Viruses Can Scatter Their Genes Among Cells and Reassemble (5/21/19). Both articles link claims about how viruses adapt to cause pathology in hosts.

Those claims attest to the fact that the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA has been linked from mutations to all pathology. Thank God, light-activated microRNA biogenesis has been linked from the physiology of food energy-dependent reproduction to biophysically constrained viral latency and healthy longevity via the fact that pheromones biophysically constrain viral latency and all pathology in species from nematodes to humans.

“…pheromones correct heterochronic developmental cell lineage defects…”

That claim supports my refutation of neo-Darwinian pseudoscientific nonsense: Nutrient-dependent/pheromone-controlled adaptive evolution: a model (6/14/13). My refutation was cited in Role of olfaction in Octopus vulgaris reproduction (1/1/15) and Two fatty acyl reductases involved in moth pheromone biosynthesis (7/18/16), which linked Olfaction Warps Visual Time Perception (3/17/17) to Octopus vulgaris: An Alternative in Evolution (8/7/18)

…the occurrence of recently discovered adult neurogenesis and the high level of RNA editing give it a master key to face environmental challenges. Here we provide an overview of some of the winning evolutionary inventions that octopus puts in place such as the capacity to see color, smell by touch, edit own genes, and rejuvenate own brain.

Nobel Laureate, Ben Feringa indirectly linked claims about pheromone-induced thymus-linked rejuvenation of the brain to Biblical Prophesy in: The Future of Chemistry – Schrödinger at 75: The Future of Biology (11/20/18)

Proof of the link to brain rejuventation was published as: Transgenic Exosomes for Thymus Regeneration (4/24/19)

…our findings prove that exosomal Wnt4 and miR27b can efficiently prevent thymic adipose involution.

Reported as: Using Exosomes to Regenerate the Thymus (5/29/19)

..the exosomes from thymic epithelial cells had, until now, not been shown to be linked to thymus regeneration, and these results show that their contributions to the growth, maintenance and regeneration of the organ are significant. This opens the door to regrowing the thymus via the use of exosomes.

These initial results in mice are promising, and while we should be cautious about their translation to humans, there are grounds for some degree of optimism about the approach. This study’s in vitro and in vivo results suggest that exosomes offer an avenue for regenerating the mouse thymus and that they hold promise for translation to people in the future. There is, of course, more work to be done before we reach this point, but the march towards thymic regeneration continues apace.

The march towards thymic regeneration was stopped for ~55 years because researchers failed to link the creation of sunlight from the creation of ATP to the creation of RNA and RNA interference, which biophysically constrains viral latency in all living genera.

The synthesis of RNA in isolated thymus nuclei is ATP dependent.

“We are particularly interested in how these findings may help to design maternal vaccine strategies that provide longer-term protection to children.”

Rather than link microRNAs in mammalian milk exosomes to biophysically constrained viral latency across species, they seize the opportunity to promote the development of vaccines.

See for comparison: Milk exosomes are bioavailable and distinct microRNA cargos have unique tissue distribution patterns (7/27/18)

Anyone who stills promotes vaccinations and/or gene-editing for control of virus-driven pathology 55 years behind the data. RNA interference is a billion dollar baby in therapy because of their overwhelming ignorance.

If you can’t afford the therapy, try naturally occurring RNA interference. It links light-activated carbon fixation from natural selection for food energy-dependent codon optimality to the assembly of the miRNA-RNA-peptide nanocomplex. The microRNA-mediated physiology of reproduction is linked to healthy longevity via everything known to serious scientists.

Darwin, for example, included the link from what organisms eat to the physiology of reproduction in his “conditions of life.”
