At their level of understanding of the energy in hydrogen atoms, the energy-dependent endogenous substrates of all cell types can be linked to protection of all organized genome from virus-driven chaos, which has been linked from coronavirus pathology and all other pathology to cancers and neurodegenerative diseases.
You may not need to understand any of this. If, however, you choose to believe in theoretical pseudoscientific nonsense touted by neo-Darwinian theorists and Big Bang cosmologists, you are probably going to suffer unnecessarily and die prematurely. Researchers recently rediscovered a nutrient-dependent epigenetic variant that links vitamin C to what is probably a glucose and glucose dehydrogenase-dependent base pair change. The base pair change results in addition of a methyl group to a cytosine base, which takes on a hydroxyl group to form different 5-hydroxymethylcytosines (5hmCs). Different 5hmCs are associated with differences in cell types that have the same genetic backgrounds. Nutrient-dependent epigenetically-marked bases help to explain how hundreds of cell types in the human body and in the brain [20] are differentiated and how they maintain their glucose-dependent and other nutrient-dependent receptor-mediated identities [21].
For example, calcitriol is the active form of vitamin D. Its effects on the microRNA(miRNA)/messenger RNA (mRNA) balance appear to protect against virus-driven energy theft linked from perturbed protein folding to colorectal cancer. MiRNA-627 targets the mRNA that encodes an enzyme linked to histone demethylation and amino acid substitutions that increase stability of hydrogen bonds in DNA, which are important to protein folding [22].

Microbiologists should be trained to understand food energy-dependent pheromone-controlled biologically-based cause-and-effect in species from microbes to humans. If they do not understand how to link the potential of hydrogen from thermodynamic cycles of protein folding chemistry to cause-and-effect they should stop working as microbiologists.

Think of it like this: Each of us has the equivalent of many hydrogen bombs in our cell types. The food energy-dependent bombs help to protect us against viruses, like Covid-19. I protected my Angel Trumpets from the frost again last night, and will continue to try to help others to protect themselves from biologically uninformed theorists and Governor Kemp.
Others won’t admit that it links the facts from your diagram to biophysically constrained human endogenous retroviruses across kingdoms.
