Soil microbiology: Pseudoscientists vs serious scientists

It is believed that between two and four billion years ago, the first ancient bacteria and microorganisms came about in Earth’s oceans. These bacteria could fix nitrogen, in time multiplied and as a result released oxygen into the atmosphere. This led to more advanced microorganisms. Microorganisms in soil are important because they affect soil structure and fertility.

…the miRNA profile of mature ejaculated sperm may in fact have downstream consequences upon embryonic development. The potential for sperm miRNA affecting zygote development has recently been reported in the literature [18] and has interesting implications for the use of sperm miRNA profiles as indicators of potential male fertility.

Serious scientists have linked the creation of the sun’s anti-entropic virucidal energy from the physiology of pheromone-controlled reproduction in marine and terrestrial microbes to viral latency in bacteria vs archaea and to all biophysically constrained morphological and behavioral phenotypes via what is known about miRNA profiles as indicators of potential male fertility.

We show here for the first time the crucial role of viruses in controlling archaeal dynamics and therefore the functioning of deep-sea ecosystems, and suggest that virus-archaea interactions play a central role in global biogeochemical cycles.

That claim can be linked to this claim, which was made by a serious scientist:

…in the case of higher animals we know the kind of orderliness they feed upon well enough, viz. the extremely well-ordered state of matter in more or less complicated organic compounds, which serve them as foodstuffs. After utilizing it they return it in a very much degraded form -not entirely degraded, however, for plants can still make use of it. (These, of course, have their most power supply of ‘negative entropy’ the sunlight.)

It’s easy to recognize the difference between a pseudoscientist and a serious scientist. Pseudoscientists believe that the quantized energy of sunlight emerged and/or that biodiversity evolved.  Serious scientists laugh at the pseudoscentific nonsense touted by theorists.

Serious scientists have learned that natural selection for quantized energy-dependent codon optimality links fixation of RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions to the stability of supercoiled DNA via the pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction in species from microbes to humans.

…the strong correlation between base and dinucleotide composition and codon usage bias suggested that mutation pressure rather than natural (translational) selection is the most important determinant of the codon bias observed. However, we also detected correlations between codon usage bias and some characteristics of viral genome structure and ecology, with increased bias in segmented and aerosol-transmitted viruses and decreased bias in vector-borne viruses. This suggests that translational selection may also have some influence in shaping codon usage bias.

The authors link quantized energy-dependent changes in base pairs from virus-driven energy theft to mutation pressure rather than natural selection. They fail to link the quantized energy of sunlight to codon usage bias via the fixation of RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions in organized genomes.

The facts about orgnanized genomes are ignored. The facts link the energy-dependent changes in base pairs to the stability of all organized genomes via the physiology of pheromone-controlled reproduction in species from microbes to humans via naturally occurring RNA interference.

Serious scientists use experimental evidence to link naturally occurring RNA interference to biophysically constrained viral latency and healthy longevity in all living genera. However, some tried to successfully patent naturally occurring  RNA interference and deliver a “billion dollar baby” in RNAi therapy to unsuspecting human populations who have traditionally been led to their graves by pseudoscientists and  some medical practitioners.

What caused the change to NIH ownership/co-ownership? Does the change attest to the level of confusion pseudoscientists have caused by their failure to link the creation of the sun to biophysically constrained viral latency and all biodiversity? For example, Lieberman (2016) claimed:

… viral latency is responsible for life-long pathogenesis and mortality risk…

He twisted the claims of those who have linked naturally occurring RNAi from quantized energy-dependent biophysically constrained viral latency to healthy longevity in species from soil microbes to mammals via the pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction and feedback loops.

…the complex is investigated at gene level and miRNA and pseudogenes identified for control mechanism of Hsp dependent apoptosis.

Quantized energy-dependent changes in the microRNA/messenger RNA balance link the creation of ATP to the creation of RNA and fixation of amino acid substitutions in the organized genomes of all living genera via the physiology of reproduction. Pseudogenes exemplify the history of energy-dependent ecological adaptations to normal and stressful conditions.

Stressful conditions link the virus-driven theft of quantized energy to all pathology via the degradation of messenger RNA and mutations that cause all pathology. Claims about beneficial mutations can therefore be placed into the context of pseudoscientific nonsense touted by theorists.

The link from exercise to increased production of gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) makes it appear that the stability of the organized genomes in all mammals occurs in the context of the quantized energy-dependent substitution of achiral glycine at position 6 of the GnRH decapeptide.

The effective treatment for all neurodegenerative diseases can thus be placed into the context of top-down causation and biophysically constrained viral latency.
