#SFN2019 to 2012: Hiding the facts (4)
Excerpt:

For examples of how light-activated microRNA biogenesis in plants has been linked to the patented cure for cancer and RNA interference, which prevents all virus-driven pathology, see:..

All serious scientists claim that the Creation of UV light constrains the formation of new galaxies and that the Creation of water biophysically constrains oxygen-dependent viral latency. The serious scientist know that biophysical constraints on the oxygen-dependent physiology of reproduction protect and/or repair the supercoiled DNA in all organized genomes on Earth. That’s why some of them ridicule pseudoscientists.
For example of polite ridicule, see: 12/10/14

…any reduction of the hydrophobicity or hydrophobic moment in the design of pH responsive peptides is likely to substantially impair the ability to partition into the membrane and affect the entry of cargo.

That is because peptides do not self-associate and because effective gene transfer is energy-dependent.
Light-activated microRNA biogenesis has been linked from the Creation of pH responsive peptides in cell membrane to all energy-dependent biophysical constraints on the entry of cargo and the exit of metabolites. Simply put, energy-dependent biophysically constrained autophagy prevents the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA that links mutations to all pathology.
Richard Feynman presciently placed that into the context of Cargo Cult Science (1974) for comparison to examples of human idiocy (not polite ridicule).

Elizabeth Pennisi’s coverage of the 2015 Society for Integrative and Comparative Biology (SICB) annual meeting exemplifies human idiocy. In All in the (bigger) family 1/16/15, she mentioned the facts from Jerome Hui about how the same set of microRNAs controls expression of genes for enzymes that link the nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction to biophysically constrained viral latency via transgenerational epigenetic inheritance across kingdoms.
Who didn’t know that?
During the 2012 annual meeting of the Society for Neuroscience, I learned that the energy-dependent creation of rate-limiting enzymes had been linked from light-activated microRNA biogenesis to the enzyme-dependent Creation of hormones and receptors. I already knew that the Creation of sunlight and water was the only obvious link to how oxygen-dependent life ecologically adapted.
Thus, long before Pennisi bastardized everything known to serious scientists about biophysically constrained viral latency and all biodiversity, I knew that Jerome Hui had linked downstream effects of light-activated microRNA biogenesis on the physiology of reproduction to ecological adaptations via biophysically constrained viral latency in species from crustaceans to insects.
In 2018, his group published: miRNA-Mediated Interactions in and between Plants and Insects 10/19/18

Recently, it has become apparent that in plant-insect interactions, both plants and insects use miRNAs to regulate their biological processes, as well as co-opting each others’ miRNA systems.

For comparison, a biologically uninformed example of human idiocy published this article earlier today.

Some say the Big Bang was the birth of space and time. People who say that are now almost 40 years behind the scientific times. Inflation is the beginning, as far as evidence is concerned. Get the facts today.
Conclusion:

“Your hypothesis is just as good as anyone’s.” — Ethan Siegel (Forbes)

If that is true, the facts about biophysically constrained behavior could not be linked from the 2014 publication of Intergenerational transmission of emotional trauma through amygdala-dependent mother-to-infant transfer of specific fear 7/28/14 to What happens to the infant during maltreatment? Stress targets hippocampus but stress with mother targets amygdala and social behavior 10/22/19

Regina Sullivan, PhD was scheduled to present her team’s findings at the Society for Neuroscience annual meeting in Washington, D.C., on Nov. 18, 2014.

1) The study was also designed to support her research into the long-term consequences of differences in how mammals, including humans, are nurtured from birth.

2) Nobody wants to see an infant suffer, in rats or any other species,” says Sullivan. “But if opiate drugs are too dangerous to use in human infants because of their addictive properties, then the challenge remains for researchers to find alternative environmental stimuli, including maternal presence, coddling, or other cues, such as a mother’s scent, that could relieve the pain.”

What happens to the infant during maltreatment? Stress targets hippocampus but stress with mother targets amygdala and social behavior was scheduled for presentation in a symposium that started at 1pm today 10/22/19.

In a special lecture at the Society for Neuroscience Annual Meeting in Chicago Oct. 22, Tsai will share the latest research updates on what she’s found—and the new questions she is asking—about using light and sound to strengthen the brain’ s 40Hz “gamma” rhythm, a technique she calls “GENUS,” for Gamma Entrainment Using Sensory stimuli.

…non-invasive sensory stimulation of 40 Hz rhythm power and synchrony in AD mouse models reduces AD-like pathology and enhances cognitive function.

Someone else commented first:

You are controlled bu Omnicorp technologies which has refused to disclose conflicts of interests. You are a corporate terrorist propaganda campaign who works for big pharma and refuses to acknowledge the catastrophic effects of vaccination.

So I fact-checked that claim.

Has this Media Source failed a fact check? LET US KNOW HERE.

Overall, we rate Medical Xpress, a generally credible Pro-Science source, that occasionally publishes new studies that are outside of the current consensus of science for that field.

Medical Xpress is owned by Science X, which is wholly owned by Omicron Technology Limited, headquartered in Douglas, Isle Of Man, United Kingdom. Revenue is derived from onsite advertising.

Revenue derived from onsite advertising is a conflict  of interest. The conflict of interest probably explains why Medical Xpress chose to report on a 2019 Society for Neuroscience annual meeting presentation that obfuscated what is known to all serious scientists about how nutrient-stress and social stress have been linked to the virus-driven pathology of all neurodegenerative diseases, which includes vaccine-induced virus-driven pathology.
If I see a report on the concurrently scheduled presentations that linked food odor and pheromones from light-activated  microRNA biogenesis to biophysically constrained viral latency in newborn infant humans and to biophysically constrained viral latency in adults, I might be less likely to blow the whistle on their biased reporting.

It’s “Prime editing,” which was placed into the context of claims about the Structural diversity of supercoiled DNA 10/12/15 by the Zechiedrich group who parodied examples of human idiocy in All About that Base 12/10/14 and in Nutrient-dependent Pheromone-Controlled Ecological Adaptations: From Angstroms to Ecosystems 4/11/18

This angstroms to ecosystems model of ecological adaptation links nutrient energy-dependent epigenetic effects on base pairs and amino acid substitutions to pheromone-controlled changes in the microRNA/messenger RNA balance and chromosomal rearrangements via the physiology of reproduction in species from microbes to humans. The nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled changes are required for the thermodynamic regulation of intracellular signaling, which enables biophysically constrained nutrient-dependent protein folding; experiencedependent receptor-mediated behaviors, and organism-level thermoregulation in ever-changing ecological niches and social niches. Nutrient-dependent ecological, social, neurogenic and socio-cognitive niche construction are manifested in increasing organismal complexity. Species-specific pheromones link quorum-sensing in microbes from chemical ecology to the physiology of reproduction. The reciprocal relationships of species-typical nutrient-dependent morphological and behavioral diversity are enabled by pheromone-controlled reproduction. Ecological variations and biophysically constrained natural selection for codon optimality links nutritional epigenetics to the behaviors that enable ecological adaptations. All biodiversity is an ecologically validated proof-of-concept. Ideas from population genetics, which exclude ecological factors, are integrated with an experimental evidence-based approach that establishes what is currently known. Simply put, olfactory/pheromonal input links food odors and social odors from the epigenetic landscape to the physical landscape of supercoiled DNA in the organized genomes of species from microbes to man during their development.

New ‘prime’ genome editor could surpass CRISPR 10/21/19

Prime editing steers around shortcomings of both techniques by heavily modifying the Cas9 protein and the guide RNA.

Simply put, ‘prime editing’ is energy-dependent and microRNA-mediated. The US patent for this technology was issued on 12/25/18.
See: Methods and compositions for identifying a peptide having an intermolecular interaction with a target of interest 12/25/18  Proof of concept
George Church et al., have a less detailed worthless patent for naturally occurring light-activated carbon fixation, which links the energy-dependent creation and fixation of RNA-mediated amino acid substitution to protection from the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA.
