Relatable not debatable (1)

Earlier today, I spoke with Charles. His superior use of analogies extended from food energy as information: “It’s like extra cheese on pizza,” to successful communication among people who are not technically skilled in different disciplines.

After brief discussion of the difficulty I have explaining the links from quantum physics to chemistry and molecular epigenetics he summarized this fact:

“Relatable is not debatable.”

For comparison, Richard P. Feynman was not so polite when he commented on how Darwin’s “conditions of life” link what’s relatable to what is not debatable in the context of links from the creation of sunlight and energy to the food that organisms eat. Those links established the link from the physiology of reproduction to all biodiversity on Earth.

Thanks to Charles, and thanks to Richard P. Feynman, all the ridiculous theories and mathematical models that have been used to support alternative facts presented as Big Bang cosmology and the neo-Darwinian nonsense about mutation-driven evolution can be compared via Feynman’s example of human idiocy. The comparisons can be made without referring to anyone as a biologically uninformed science idiot.

See:

In the context of food energy and biodiversity, “You are what you eat” is relatable. It is not debatable.

For the forthcoming end of all debate about biophysically constrained biodiversity, see: Genome-Wide Study Reveals a Novel Regulatory Pathway: Translation Affects mRNA Stability in a Codon-Dependent Manner

Ribosomes are the most abundant RNA-binding structures in the cell, and while their main function is to decode nucleotides into amino acid sequences, translation can also affect mRNA stability depending on codon composition. This regulatory pathway is different from codon usage or bias and is known as “codon optimality,” defined as the property of given codons to regulate mRNA stability in a translation-dependent manner.

For comparison, see this example of pseudoscientific nonsense from a biologically uninformed science idiot:

Lipid Encapsulation of Self Replicating Ribozymes

Despite their challenges, ribozymes have made an interesting niche for themselves in the field of abiogenesis. The evolution of a successful RNA polymerase ribozyme is a lofty goal. While its discovery would not be the be-all and end-all of abiogenesis research, it would represent an important stepping stone between prebiotic chemistry and life. The encapsulation of such a ribozyme is also an important step, as it would enable a system of heredity and evolution through natural selection. Based on progress in current research, it is only a matter of time before that ribozyme is discovered.

Ribozymes are RNA molecules that are capable of catalyzing specific biochemical reactions, similar to the action of protein enzymes. The creation of all enzymes is energy-dependent. The energy comes from the sun.

Nothing known to serious scientists links the creation enzymes or their replication to anything except the creation of sunlight and the creation of ATP. The ridiculous claim about self-replicating ribozymes can be viewed in that context,

See: Dependence of RNA synthesis in isolated thymus nuclei on glycolysis, oxidative carbohydrate catabolism and a type of “oxidative phosphorylation” (1964)

The synthesis of RNA in isolated thymus nuclei is ATP dependent.

Natural selection for food energy-dependent codon optimality links the decoding of energy as information from the ATP-dependent synthesis of RNA and RNA binding in ribosomes to the representation of top-down causation as food energy-dependent RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions. The RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions must be linked from the physiology of reproduction to cell type stability in all cell type of all individuals of all living genera via conserved molecular mechanisms in species from microbes to humans.

The conserved molecular mechanisms link the claims in the Structural diversity of supercoiled DNA and Feedback loops link odor and pheromone signaling with reproduction to the claims in  Olfaction Warps Visual Time Perception.

Outside the context of the creation of sunlight and food as energy, no one has linked the creation of the sense of smell in bacteria to our visual perception of energy and mass and to biophysically constrained viral latency and healthy longevity in all living genera without the use of ridiculous theories.

See for comparison: All about that base

Secular humanists, and other biologically uninformed science idiots may want something that is relatable but not debatable in the context of this so-called “music” genre.  To me, this represents the values of most millennials, liberals and Democrats. Simply put, they have no values because they know nothing about how to link what is relatable to what is not debatable.

The Lick Shame

[Intro]
This is how it starts

[Verse 1]
So in the past week I’ve made several trips to the gynecologist
He was surprised to see me standing there
With my golden ticket hanging out of my left pocket
As I entered the building I saw large acrylic paintings span the ceiling
And the stale smell of silicone clung to the wall
I breathed it in, I breathed it out
I thought nothing of it then and I think nothing of it now
I think nothing of it now

[Chorus]
Salutations are in order
To welcome forth our sweet disorder

[Verse 2]
So why don’t you sit in the corner of your room
Sit in the corner of your room
And download the next greatest track to your MP3 device
So sincerely recommended to you by the New Musical Express
You can pick it up
Plug it in
And have it ready for free-roaming material before you know it
Then you can stroll on round to your friend’s house and play it loud and proud
As you sit around in a circle and skip one minute and thirty seconds into the chorus
So we can all sing along and gaze and marvel at the four chord future
Cause that’s what we want
That’s what we need
Something we can touch
Something we can feel
Something that’s relatable not debatable
Relatable not debatable
Relatable not debatable
Relatable not debatable

[Chorus]
Salutations are in order
To welcome forth our sweet disorder

[Outro]
I don’t want to be heard if you’re the only one listening
Bathe me in blood and call it a christening
I don’t want to be heard if you’re the only one listening
Bathe me in blood and call it a christening
Bathe me, bathe me in blood
Bathe me, bathe me, bathe me in blood

And that’s how it ends
