MicroRNA-mediated, since 1964 (2)

A late Miocene hominid partial pelvis from Hungary 9/17/19

…this fossil lacks the long lower ilium that characterizes chimpanzees, gorillas and orangutans, associated with their reduction of the number of lumbar vertebrae.

This evidence supports the idea that rather than asking why human ancestors stood up from all fours, perhaps we should be asking why our ancestors never dropped down on all fours in the first place.

Ingram and others found that hemoglobin S differs from A in the substitution of just a single amino acid, valine in place of glutamic acid in the beta chain of the hemoglobin molecule.

…the so-called alpha chains of hemoglobin have identical sequences of amino acids in man and the chimpanzee, but they differ in a single amino acid (out of 141) in the gorilla.

Here is what’s important to know about how amino acids are linked from alternative splicings of microRNAs (formerly known as pre-mRNAs) to differences among species.

The results of this study thus support an important role for alternative splicing in establishing differences between humans and chimpanzees.

“Identifying what makes us different can be very important to understanding why certain diseases affect one species and not the other,” he says.

Other primates exemplify what happens when the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA causes pathological manifestations in morphology and behavior via changes in the microRNA/messenger RNA balance. The pathology extends across species and across kingdoms.

For comparison, God’s Creation of sunlight and water was linked from the energy-dependent effects of oxygen (oxidative phosphorylation) to Eukaryotic plankton diversity in the sunlit ocean
Oxidative phosphorylation is the metabolic pathway in which cells use enzymes to oxidize nutrients and release energy. The energy is used to produce adenosine triphosphate (ATP). The energy-dependent production of ATP is required for the ATP-dependent Creation of RNA. The food energy-dependent Creation of ATP and RNA takes place inside mitochondria in most eukaryotes. ATP is formed as a result of the transfer of electrons from NADH or FADH 2 to O 2 by a series of electron carriers.

In the context of ATP-dependent Creation of RNA, the claim about a 10 million-year-old fossil is ridiculous.

The findings confirm their earlier work suggesting that the majority of variants, including potentially harmful ones, were picked up during the past 5,000–10,000 years.

Those findings are consistent with the Perfect Creation of all energy-dependent biodiversity in the context of what is known to all serious scientists about biophysically constrained viral latency.
For example, more than 1800 human hemoglobin variants have been linked from energy-dependent global biogeochemical cycles of protein biosynthesis and degradation to ethnic differences in morphology and behavior.

That is why one of the most prominent neo-Darwinian evolutionary theorists, Eugene Koonin is now touting a young earth creationist perspective that matches the claims of researchers from South Korea. Those claims attest to the eternal significance of microRNAs as proof of Creation manifested in light-tracking, night-blooming Angel Trumpets, which require only sunlight and water for growth on a windowsill.
Anecdotally: When I asked a friend who was growing one in her windowsill where the oxygen came from, she said “From the water.”
She inadvertently: Integrated mobile genetic elements in Thaumarchaeota and placed the virus-driven degradation of all life on Earth into the context of: Spindle-shaped viruses infect marine ammonia-oxidizing thaumarchaea
Many people may not think that my friend is a genius. Some may know that I am a former member of Mensa, the high IQ society. But, I don’t care how high your IQ is.
If you are a liberal or Democrat who does not believe in young earth creationism, you’re a dim bulb compared to conservative Republicans. They don’t need anyone else to prove to them that God Created sunlight and water, which led to the Creation of all biodiversity on Earth via oxidative phosphorylation.
