Viruses in anaerobic bacteria thrive via replication in hypoxic conditions. Oxygen helps to biophysically constrain viral replication in aerobic bacteria.

Oxygen does not create itself. The Creation of sunlight and water (Darwin’s “conditions of life”) come before the Creation of oxygen, which typically biophysically constrains nearly all pathology in the context of RNA interference.

A minimum set of markers was selected (levels of HMGA2 mRNA and miR-375, − 221, and -146b in combination with the mitochondrial-to-nuclear DNA ratio) and yielded highly accurate discrimination (sensitivity = 0.97; positive predictive value = 0.98) between goiters with benign tumors and malignant tumors and accurate typing of papillary, medullary, and Hürthle cell carcinomas. The results support an alternative classification of follicular tumors, which differs from the histological one.

Histological classifications have typically linked mutations to the cause of pathology to mutations. All serious scientists know that 1) the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA causes the mutations, 2) that prevention is energy-dependent, and 3) that the energy comes from sunlight.

This work highlights the importance of MeV vaccination not only for the control of measles but also for the maintenance of herd immunity to other pathogens, which can be compromised after MeV infection.

The changes in immune system memory are oxygen experience-dependent. Viruses steal the energy that biophysically constrains amino acid substitutions in hosts and the viruses use it to adapt to the host before the host can adapt.

The major antigenic changes in other viruses have not been considered in the most recent reports that promote vaccinations and the virus-driven pathology they cause via reassembly.
