Light-altered chirality and microRNA biogenesis (1)

The Future of Chemistry

Theoretical predications failed to link the creation of anti-entropic virucidal light from chirality to biophysically constrained viral latency and healthy longevity via everything known to serious scientists about achiral glycine in position 6 of the gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) decapeptide. Rather than accept the fact that ridiculous theories have no explanatory power, theorists have obfuscated the facts for nearly 15 more years.

See: Evolution of Constrained Gonadotropin-releasing Hormone Ligand Conformation and Receptor Selectivity (2005)

…the substitution of glycine for a chiral amino acid in GnRH during evolution allows a more constrained conformation for receptor binding and that this subtle single amino acid substitution in a site remote from the ligand functional domains has marked effects on its structure and activity.

The discovery of the fact that one decapeptide molecule, among the GnRHs, was constructed perfectly at the beginning of 400 million years evolution and that it is not possible to improve its physiological potency using the any natural amino acid is, in my opinion, important, fascinating and beautiful.

There is no experimental evidence that support theories of evolution across 400 million years, which appear to be based on the pseudoscientific nonsense touted by “Big Bang” cosmologists.

See: Amino Acid Cosmogeochemistry (1991)

The ensemble of amino acids present on the early Earth before life existed was probably similar to those in prebiotic experiments and meteorites. This generates a question about why the L-amino acids on which life is based were selected.

In theory, an icy comet passed through our solar system and — in passing (from out of nowhere)– it created the different pairs of molecules that are mirror images of each other called enantiomers.

See: Enrichment of the amino acid l-isovaline by aqueous alteration on CI and CM meteorite parent bodies (4/7/2009)

…amino acids delivered by asteroids, comets, and their fragments would have biased the Earth’s prebiotic organic inventory with left-handed molecules before the origin of life.

The observed effect is in agreement with theoretical predictions…

Reported as: Laser centrifuge spins out chiral molecules in world first

‘This is the first time anyone has been able to control the spatial orientation of chiral molecules with light,’ says Ilya Averbukh from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel. His team has built a laser setup called an optical centrifuge that can spin chiral molecules depending on their handedness.1

Light-activated chirality has been observed in the context of Dynamic control of chirality and self-assembly of double-stranded helicates with light (2016) and Ben Feringa’s claims have not been linked to theoretical predictions. They were linked to Biblical Prophesy in:

Disabled were walking again, the blind were seeing again, and the death rose from the grave. 2013 was the year in which prophesy from the bible became reality. — De Correspondent dec 2013

For a historical perspective his claims about the Future of Chemistry see support for the claim that photochemical control of the twist sense of a dynamic single-stranded helical polyisocyanate and peptides link the light-activated assembly of the microRNA-RNA-peptide nanocomplex to supermolecular helicates.

The role of the microRNA/messenger RNA balance… in adaptive evolution will certainly be discussed in published works that will follow.

Light activated constraints on the energy-dependent creation supercoiled DNA were reported in the context of links from the creation of sunlight to chiral recognition, chiral memory, transmission of chirality and chiral amplification via the multistage assembly of the microRNA-RNA-peptide nanocomplex and fully reversible light-driven helicity. That claim can be placed into the context of what is known about energy and oscillations that link the creation of the sense of smell to all biodiversity via Professor Perdita Barran’s claims about the diagnosis of Parkinson’s via skin odor.
