My summary: Light-activated energy-dependent seasonal polyphenisms link naturally occurring light-activated carbon fixation from the assembly of the microRNA-RNA-peptide nanocomplex to prevention of the virus-driven pathology exemplified by the newly adapted coronavirus from Wuhan, which continues to rapidly spread.

Wuhan implements unprecedented lockdown to slow spread of coronavirus 1/22/20

Just one day before China’s massive Lunar New Year holiday, as hundreds of millions across the country to celebrate with families, every mode of transportation out of Wuhan is coming to a halt, including flights, railways, local bus and subway services.

Pseudoscientists and other theorists are powerless to stop the spread because they have not linked what butterflies and other species eat to biophysically constrained viral latency via the physiology of reproduction in species from microbes to humans.

Systems biology approaches will also be important in integrating such data with genomic and metabolomic datasets from clinical cohorts with neurological disease to help guide individual treatment selection.

Their failure to link what organisms eat to systems biology from Microbial regulation of microRNA expression in the brain–gut axis (October, 2019) can be linked to their failure to prevent virus-driven coronavirus contagion via the physiology of pheromone-controlled reproduction and biophysically constrained viral latency across kingdoms. Their overwhelming ignorance is manifested in the threat attributed to the new coronavirus from Wuhan.

Kohl’s Laws of Biology

Life is nutrient-dependent. That is a Biological Law. The ecological origin of all biological laws is apparent 1) in the context of systems biology [87]; 2) in the context of the metabolism of nutrients by microbes [153]; and 3) in the context of how the metabolism of nutrients results in species-specific pheromones that control the physiology of reproduction [154].

The driving force of ecological adaptation?

Experimental evidence continues to add support for the role of ecological variation and nutrient-dependent epigenetically-effected ecological adaptations that occur via amino acid substitutions, which determine the cell types of individuals in all species. More substantial support for epigenetic effects on cell type differentiation comes from what has been learned during the past decade about the role of small non-coding RNA molecules. The small non-coding RNA molecules that were called pre-mRNAs are now called microRNAs (miRNAs). MiRNAs alter intercellular signaling by changing the balance between miRNAs and messenger RNA (mRNA). The changes are linked to health and to pathology [58].

How did biologically uninformed theorists and other pseudoscientists miss the facts about how energy-dependent changes in the microRNA/messenger RNA balance must be linked to healthy longevity or to virus-driven pathology across kingdoms?

What extant literature have they missed?

I’m an emeritus status member of the American Society for Clinical Pathology. I approve the clarity of this message, which was sent to a more general audience of medical professionals by Linda C. Kelahan et al., because the imagery links the Creation of energy as information to all biophysically constrained viral latency in all ecosystems via the physiology of pheromone-controlled reproduction.

What took so long for Linda C. Kelahan et al., to establish the connection from diagnostic imaging to pheromone-controlled social behavior via the gold standard of pathology?

Linda C. Kelahan and Heather Hoffmann took the claims further with research results from two conference presentations.

Background / Purpose:

We evaluated individual video-taped fifteen-minute interactions of fourteen women with fertile phase levels of Luteinizing Hormone (LH) during a cooperative task. During the task, our male accomplice wore either a standardized androstenol / androsterone mixture diluted in propylene glycol, or just the diluents; with sandalwood odor added to keep him blind to his condition. Main conclusion: When he was wearing the mixture compared to when he wore the diluent, women were more likely to make eye contact (t (12) = 3.43, p = 0.01; IRR: r = 0.964, p = 0.01). They also laughed more (t (12) = 5.20, p < 0.01; IRR: r = 0.810, p = 0.01), and they subsequently rated themselves as being more attracted to him (t (12) = 2.786, p = 0.016). Our results combine the known effects of androstenol on LH and on mood with a likely behavioral affect of androsterone.

Background / Purpose:

A systems biology approach to disease prevention and pharmacogenomics stresses the need to examine healthy behavioral development by including interactions among the evolved gene, cell, tissue, organ, organ-system pathway. This pathway links the epigenetic effects of nutrient chemicals and pheromones directly to the organization and activation of behavior in species from honeybees to humans. Main conclusion: Neuroscientifically established epigenetic effects of sensory input on hormones that affect behavior suggest that this mixture of human pheromones causes changes in ecotypically organized neural pathways that directly link nutrient chemicals and social niche construction to 1) neurogenic niches, 2) the molecular biology of evolved neural circuitry, 3) genetically predisposed physiological changes, and to 4) unconscious effects on behavior in species from invertebrates to mammals.

Theorists failed to understand how everything known to all serious scientists about systems biology must be linked to prevention of the virus-driven pathology that is manifested via the spread of the new coronavirus from Wuhan.

Thank God, researchers from China have linked everything known about the biophysically constrained containment of all pathology in Olfaction Warps Visual Time Perception, and Thank God, that researchers from Israel have patented the cure for all virus-driven cancers.
