Evolved to adapt: a biophysically constrained impossibility (one)

Active N6-Methyladenine Demethylation by DMAD Regulates Gene Expression by Coordinating with Polycomb Protein in Neurons

They link the virus-driven theft of quantized energy from the archaeal hecatomb in the deep seafloor to nutrient-dependent biophysically constrained pheromone-controlled viral latency and polycombic ecological adaptations in species from microbes to humans.

This was predicted by Lewis Thomas in 1980, albeit outside the context of the detailed conserved molecular mechanisms.

I should think we might fairly gauge the future of biological science, centuries ahead by estimating the time it will take to reach a complete comprehensive understanding of odor. It may not seem a profound enough problem to dominate all the life sciences, but it contains, piece by piece, all the mysteries (p. 732). — Lewis Thomas

Section Two: The microRNA/Messenger RNA balance
The driving force of ecological adaptation?
Experimental evidence continues to add support for the role of ecological variation and nutrient-dependent epigenetically-effected ecological adaptations that occur via amino acid substitutions, which determine the cell types of individuals in all species. More substantial support for epigenetic effects on cell type differentiation comes from what has been learned during the past decade about the role of small non-coding RNA molecules. The small non-coding RNA molecules that were called pre-mRNAs are now called microRNAs (miRNAs). MiRNAs alter intercellular signaling by changing the balance between miRNAs and messenger RNA (mRNA). The changes are linked to health and to pathology [58].

Publication of my invited review was delayed by more than 3 years when the guest editors of the journal”Nutrients” returned it without review. They claimed they could not find anyone to review it, but included a nasty comment about “Kohl’s Laws of Biology” being self-aggrandizing. I think I insulted someone’s intelligence because “Kohl’s Laws of Biology” are Darwin’s “conditions of life.”

In any case, the conditions of life linked to polycombic ecological adaptations are now completely clear and the across-kingdom examples of molecular mechanisms limit  the claims of theorists to meaningless regurgitation of their ridiculous theories.

Darwin was correct. Conditions of life must be placed before natural selection.

Schroedinger was correct. Anti-entropic virucidal energy is required.

Richard P. Feynman was correct. The energy is biophysically constrained in food.

Bruce McEwen was correct. But, until now, Bruce McEwen was the only researcher who linked the creation of the sun’s anti-entropic virucidal energy from the creation of ATP to the creation of RNA and all biophysically constrained biodiversity on Earth via examples of how fixation of RNA-amino acid substitutions link the pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction to morphological and behavioral phenotypes in species from microbes to humans.
