A Theory in Crisis: Darwinian Anomalies Accumulate
How could such a myth survive for so long? Answer: by assumption, without empirical rigor. Another on the team says, “This is, to our knowledge, the first approach to test a long-standing principle in biology: that the beak shape and function of birds is tightly linked to their feeding ecologies.” What took them so long?
Biologically uninformed theorists failed to grasp the significance of works by Nobel Laureates like this one.
Feedback loops link odor and pheromone signaling with reproduction (2005)
At least 10,000 neurons in 26 different brain areas appear to transmit signals directly to GnRH neurons. GnRH neurons appear to transmit signals to as many as 30,000 or more neurons in 34 brain areas, consistent with previous studies showing GnRH+ fibers and GnRH receptors in multiple brain regions. These results may reflect a strategy wherein GnRH neurons can modify diverse functions in order to coordinate the internal state of the animal and its behavior with reproduction in order to optimize reproductive success.
The so-called strategy has since been linked from the light-activated creation and assembly of the peptide nucleic acid-microRNA nanocomplex in the context of light-activated carbon fixation to the cure for all diseases via works in progress from researchers in Israel.

The ability of different peptides to inhibit autophosphorylation of EGFR is presented by the decrease of the fluorescent signal (Y axis).
The creation of sunlight was Darwin’s first consideration. He presciently linked it to the creation of different peptides based on the claims from On the Influence of the Human Instinct in the Prevention and Cure of Disease, Chiefly in Reference to Diet (1855)
Four years before Darwin (1859) placed his “conditions of life” into the context of the nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled “conditions of life,” most people knew that sunlight was the energy source that fueled the creation of all biodiversity on Earth via the physiology of reproduction. The conserved molecular mechanisms for the prevention of virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA, which has been linked from mutations to all pathology, have been placed into the context of healthy longevity.
People who celebrate Darwin Day 2019 (see #darwinday2019) will be celebrating the end of pseudoscientific nonsense and the beginning of a healthy future — unless they want to keep their ridiculous assumptions.
Limits of long-term selection against Neandertal introgression
There was no long-term genome-wide removal of Neandertal DNA. The previous result was due to incorrect assumptions about gene flow.

V. Laws of Variation: Effects of the Increased Use and Disuse of Parts, as Controlled by Natural Selection
…variability is generally related to the conditions of life to which each species has been exposed during several successive generations.
VI. Difficulties of the Theory: Difficulties of the Theory of Descent with Modification
…allied species are descended from a common parent; and during the process of modification, each has become adapted to the conditions of life of its own region…
After 160 years, serious scientists have finally reasserted the facts about Darwin’s “conditions of life.” Simply put, food energy and the physiology of reproduction are required. The food energy comes from the effects of sunlight on the growth of food. That fact suggests it may be too late for most people to learn about all other facts.
Indeed, the incorrect assumptions about gene flow that neo-Darwinis’t used to bastardize Darwin’s claims, makes all other assumptions about genetic changes, which somehow triggered a dramatic threefold expansion of the brain’s neocortex appear to be even more ridiculous than ever.

Private Joe Bauers, the definition of “average American”, is selected by the Pentagon to be the guinea pig for a top-secret hibernation program. Forgotten, he awakes five centuries in the future. He discovers a society so incredibly dumbed down that he’s easily the most intelligent person alive.

Reported as: Past 5,000 years prolific for changes to human genome
The findings confirm their earlier work suggesting that the majority of variants, including potentially harmful ones, were picked up during the past 5,000–10,000 years.
Experimental evidence that links the harmful variants to the evolution of the human brain can be compared to what is already known about the biophysically constrained EDAR V370A variant. It is food energy-dependent and pheromones biophysically constrain the variant in the mouse-to-human model of biodiversity in North and East Asia and in the New World.
The frequency of the human-specific EDAR V370A allele appears to be uniquely elevated in North and East Asian and New World populations due to a bout of positive selection likely to have occurred circa 20,000 y ago.
The “circa 20,000 y ago” claim is based on other spurious claims, which were based on assumptions about gene flow.

Concluding paragraph:
The ecological adaptations, which appear to be manifested in the human population are detailed in these two reports [159,160]. The ecological adaptations are likely to be nutrient-dependent and pheromone-controlled. If so, ecological variation probably leads to ecological, social, neurogenic, and socio-cognitive niche construction, which is manifested in increasing organismal complexity and species diversity. If not, there may be something as yet unknown about mutations and evolution that makes sense in the light of what is known about nutritional epigenetics and the molecular biology of species from microbes to man.
