Frequent birth of de novo genes in the compact yeast genome

we are only starting to realize how common this is, in a recent paper we see continuous emergence of new genes in yeast using transcriptomics data from multiple species

ICYMI: In our 1996 review of nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled RNA-mediated sexual differentiation of cell types in species from yeasts to humans, we included a section on molecular epigenetics.

The fact that human pheromones link food odors and the physiology of reproduction to the prevention of all diseases began to be established with publication (in Russian) of: [Pheromonal regulation of genetic processes: research on the house mouse (Mus musculus L.)] (1994)

Breastmilk contains many components believed to affect short and long-term outcomes for infants. These include bioactive proteins, complex oligosaccharides (HMOs), long-chain PUFAs, milk fat globule membranes (MFGMs), nucleotides, probiotics (microbiotics) and exosomes. In this presentation, Bo Lönnerdal explains what exosomes are and their role, having first been identified in 2007.

He outlines new research in the US which has proven that exosomes in breastmilk can survive digestion even under infant gastrointestinal conditions. The exosomes contain microRNAs that may affect expression of genes involved in several signaling pathways regulating cell growth/proliferation and immune function, as they may also be transferred to blood and reach other target organs such as the liver and brain.

Exosomes/microRNAs in human milk may be another mechanism affecting early development of breastfed infants, but this field of research is very much in its infancy and more study is needed.

Today, I learned that the late Robert T. Francoeur had the foresight to link the claims from:

On the Influence of the Human Instinct in the Prevention and Cure of Disease, Chiefly in Reference to Diet (1855)

to

1)  Pierre Teilhard de Chardin’s The Phenomenon of Man (1955);

and

2) our claims about food odors and pheromones in The Scent of Eros (1995/2002)

to

3) the refutations of pseudoscientific nonsense in This View of Life: Completing the Darwinian Revolution (2/26/19)

See my review: He places neo-Darwinian evolution back into the context of ecological adaptations (2/26/19)

You must read between the lines from his starting point: “The Phenomenon of Man” and Dobzhansky (1973) to realize he has changed the neo-Darwinian nonsense about evolution to support Darwin’s claims about energy-dependent ecological adaptations / “conditions of life”

In “Policy as a Branch of Biology” he links the creation of energy as information from the epigenetically-effected light-activated assembly of the microRNA-RNA-peptide nanocomplex to all biophysically constrained biodiversity in the context of Lenski’s experiments and the report from Accelerated Evolution Biotechnologies (AEBi).

Researchers from AEBi reported the cure for cancer in this context: “The ability of different peptides to inhibit autophosphorylation of EGFR is presented by the decrease of the fluorescent signal (Y axis).”

The historical record detailed here by DS Wilson, links the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA to the decrease in the fluorescent signal. It also links Dobzhansky’s claims about the food energy-dependent pheromone-controlled fixation of amino acid substitutions in chimpanzees and modern humans compared to gorillas from differences in peptides/proteins to healthy longevity.

My rating is based on the overwhelming amount of obfuscation. Many readers may not be able to read between the lines. Those who can will realize that he has refuted all the theories while pretending to support them. Bottom line, he pits the Creationists against the neo-Darwinian theorists and Big Bang cosmologists in an example of what happens after a paradigm shift.

People like DS Wilson must claim: “We’ve always known the facts.” But now, they’ve been forced to link them to Darwin’s “conditions of life” instead of to mutation-driven evolution.

I recommend this book, without reservation, because intelligent readers will recognize what just happened. He proved that Evolution is a lie, except in the context of mathematical models that do not start with the creation of sunlight as the energy source.

The latest claims about the sense of smell attest to the human idiocy displayed by some people from Australia and by all biologically uninformed theorists and atheists from everywhere in the world. For comparison to this report on “How smelling can help your brain,” the creation of subatomic particles has been linked from:

  1. the creation of  energy as information to the creation of the sense of smell
  2. to our visual perception of energy and mass in the context of the biophysically constrained space-time continuum and
  3. the prevention of all virus-driven pathology such as cancer and Alzheimer’s disease.

The availability of two games for ages 10+ ensures that others will finally see why many researchers from Australia should be ridiculed for their ongoing displays of overwhelming ignorance, and why human pheromone-deniers exemplify human idiocy.
