Semen miRNAs Contained in Exosomes as Non-Invasive Biomarkers for Prostate Cancer Diagnosis 9/24/19

This links light-activated microRNA biogenesis in plants from microRNAs in mammalian milk exosomes to the microRNAome of bull sperm and microRNAs in human semen for detection and treatment of prostrate cancer caused by viruses linked to fescue toxicosis.

It was reported as: An altered miRNA expression pattern was found by a high throughput profiling analysis in PCa when compared with healthy individuals (HCt) exosomal semen samples.

All serious scientists know that virus-driven fescue toxicosis has been linked to differences in ecological adaptations in flowering plants and to fertility in mammals via the integration of what is known about the light-activated assembly of the microRNA-RNA-peptide nanocomplex.

…miRNA159 plays an key role in the regulation of stamen development and expression levels of its targets PheMYB98 and PheMYB42 were low. Furthermore, Phe-MIRNA159, partially recover phenotypes of mir159ab double mutant. Overexpression of Phe-MIR159 could cause anther dehisce failure, the mature pollens could not be dispersed and further reduce fertility in Arabidopsis.

…the miRNA profile of mature ejaculated sperm may in fact have downstream consequences upon embryonic development. The potential for sperm miRNA affecting zygote development has recently been reported in the literature [18] and has interesting implications for the use of sperm miRNA profiles as indicators of potential male fertility.

While we observe a correlation between tRNA levels and the extremes of optimality, it is likely that this code integrates multiple inputs of translation from tRNA availability and accuracy (Akashi, 1994; Ishimura et al, 2014; Hussmann et al, 2015), tRNA modification (Gustilo et al, 2008; Novoa et al, 2012), to peptide bond formation, amino acid identity, and other factors influencing the translocation rate and ultimately elongation (Baragana et al, 2015; Faller et al, 2015). Future studies will be needed to determine how the ribosome or accessory proteins decode codon optimality (Richter & Coller, 2015), and how this code is regulated across cellular transitions, tissues, and pathological states.

Potential functions of abundant miRNA suggest involvement in development and maintenance of cellular function in the mammary gland, with the additional possibility of influencing neonatal tissue and immune system development.

Milk exosomes are bioavailable and distinct microRNA cargos have unique tissue distribution patterns 7/28/18

Exosomes and their RNA cargos do not exclusively originate from endogenous synthesis but may also be obtained from dietary sources such as the inter-species transfer of exosomes and RNAs in bovine milk to humans.

For a historical perspective on what is currently known about energy-dependent biophysical constraints that link the metabolism of food to epigenetic effects on hormones, on fertility and affects of hormones on behavior linked to healthy longevity, see: Pheromonal Regulation of Genetic Processes: Research on the House Mouse (Mus musculus L.) The specificity of pheromonal regulation depends on such significant characteristics as population density and population structure (age and genetic).

This method has made it possible to determine the chemical basis of RNA function and structure, including the identification of new rules for RNA helix packing, the functional analysis of a binding site for monovalent metal ions within RNA and the characterization of the catalytic mechanism of RNA enzymes.

After the turn of the century, my group the catalytic mechanism of RNA enzymes to behavior via: Human pheromones: integrating neuroendocrinology and ethology (2001)

The effect of sensory input on hormones is essential to any explanation of mammalian behavior, including aspects of physical attraction. The chemical signals we send have direct and developmental effects on hormone levels in other people. Since we don’t know either if, or how, visual cues might have direct and developmental effects on hormone levels in other people, the biological basis for the development of visually perceived human physical attraction is currently somewhat questionable. In contrast, the biological basis for the development of physical attraction based on chemical signals is well detailed.

The chemogenetic approach to the structure and function of RNA has since been established at every level of energy-dependent biological organization.

These tools have revealed remarkably specific behavioral physiological influences for molecularly defined cell types that are often intermingled with populations having different or even opposite functions.

More than 1800 human hemoglobin variants have been linked to fixation of molecularly defined cell types in human populations. But, in April (2017) there was still no clear cut definition for genetic variant and mutation.

Clear cut definitions are not required to link the Creation of light and kinetics from chemogenetics to cell type differentiation in species from microbes to humans. What is known about food energy and the pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction is  all that’s required to integrate what is known about neuroendocrinology and ethology.

Simply put, organisms that can’t find nutritious foods exhibit decreased fertility and that fact links the physiology of pheromone-controlled reproduction in marine microbes to differences in soil bacteria and all living genera via biophysically constrained microRNA-mediated viral latency.

I learned about this link to human behavior a few years ago.

George Church may be the only geneticist who is willing to tell the truth about what serious scientists know about mental illness. But you probably need to know what questions to ask.

For example, I asked about the difference between nonhomologous end joining (NHEJ) and alternative splicings of microRNAs/pre-mRNAs.

His honest answer was helpful. But, even our so-called “enemies” from Iran are trying to help prevent our real enemies in the USA and their corporate greed from causing more unnecessary suffering and premature death.
