Brokered regulatory leverage: Breaking Bad (1)

Summary: Breaking Bad. 2008TV-MA 5 Seasons Crime TV Shows. A high school chemistry teacher dying of cancer teams with a former student to secure his family’s future …
Scientific creationists from South Korea have taken an alternative approach to saving humanity without manufacturing drugs. Simply put, they have linked the Creation of the sun and the Creation of water to biophysically constrained viral latency and healthy longevity in all living genera. Others may have a problem with the way the Creationists have progressed.
See: Downgrading of regulation in regenerative medicine 8/16/19

These developments shed light on global drivers of a policy phenomenon we call “regulatory brokerage” (1). We argue that when regulation does not support the scientific effort to establish the safety and efficacy of medical products, it may be brokered by interest groups, including industry, particular groups of scientists and patients, and policy-makers.

Reported as: Relaxing of regulations for regenerative medicines has cascading effect internationally 8/15/19

…uses the example of South Korea as the first country to give preferential regulatory treatment to stem cell medicine. Their decision to [defy the regulatory leverage of profiteers led them to] issue a flurry of three stem cell-based medical products between 2011-12, and a fourth in 2014, attracted international scepticism for sacrificing clinical data standards in exchange for speed to market.”

Scientific creationists from South Korea linked God’s Creation of the sun’s anti-entropic virucidal energy from biophysically constrained RNA-mediated DNA repair to regenerative therapy via the eternal significance of microRNAs and the biogenesis of all biodiversity via the physiology of reproduction in Angel Trumpets.

George Church et al., placed that into the context of the patent for naturally occurring RNA interference. See: RNA-Guided Human Genome Engineering

Simply put, scientific creationists from the Republic of Korea have aborted  a “billion dollar baby” that would have increased the already overwhelming costs of healthcare and bankrupted the economy of the USA and other Republics, such as the Republic of China (known as Taiwan since 7 December 1949).
Taiwan’s strong human rights protections, lack of state-sanctioned discrimination, and generally high regard for freedom of religion or belief earned it a joint #1 ranking alongside The Netherlands and Belgium in the 2018 Freedom of Thought Report.[1]

Teaching neo-Darwinian theory and Big Bang cosmology to students in public schools in the USA contributes to the diminished Freedom of Thought. Students are taught to ignore the facts that were placed into the context of how to: Get Well in the RNAi Way-RNAi, A Billion Dollar Baby in Therapy.

RNAi has targeted exogenous genes in models of viral infection…

Naturally occuring RNAi has been linked from biophysically constrained viral latency to healthy longevity in all living genera.

Thank God, researchers from South Korea have helped others to establish the eternal significance of microRNAs.

See the 10-part series: The eternal significance of microRNAs, which was continued here in the series on “Sunlight, hydrophobicity and biodiversity”

Note: on 8/15/19 Fabrice Leclerc accurately claimed: “The post Sunlight, hydrophobicity and biodiversity (4) appeared first on MicroRNA.pro.”

It includes links to:

Fabrice Leclerc has the advantage of no known conflicts of interests and he makes no mention of political views or religious beliefs. This allows other to determine for themselves whether or not the representation of species-specific human endogenous retrovirus-driven diseases are accurately portrayed in articles such as:

The HCP5 RNA gene…is a human species-specific gene that… interacts with regulatory microRNA and immune and cellular checkpoints in cancers…

In my mouse-to-human model of nutrient-dependent pheromone controlled fixation, the link from the HCP5 RNA gene to EDAR V370A and mate choice in the Hutterites via the innate immune system and biophysical constraints on human endogenous retroviruses (HERVs) and all diseases extends back across kingdoms from: HLA and Mate Choice in Humans (1997)

These results are consistent with the conclusion that Hutterite mate choice is influenced by HLA haplotypes, with an avoidance of spouses with haplotypes that are the same as one’s own.

This was reported on October 10, 1993  by Associated Press in Las Vegas Review Journal, as humans are able to discriminate individuals on the basis of genes in the MHC region, as do other mammals. The Paper was presented at the Annual Meeting of the American Society of Human Genetics, New Orleans, Oct 8, 1993.

MEMBERS OF AN ISOLATED RELIGIOUS GROUPS USUALLY AVOID CHOOSING MATES WITH SIMILAR IMMUNE SYSTEM GENES, SUGGESTING THAT SUBTLE ODORS MAY PLAY A ROLE IN ROMANCE. WOMEN MORE LIKELY TO MISCARRY IF THEY SHARE CERTAIN IMMUNE SYSTEM GENES WITH THEIR HUSBANDS & CHILDREN OF SUCH MARRIAGES ARE LIKELY TO BE MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO DISEASE. “These data suggest that behavioral imprinting resulting from environmental exposures in post natal life may also influence mate choice in humans.” MATING IS NON RANDOM WITH RESPECT TO HLA HAPLOTYPES PROBABLY DUE TO CHEMOSENSORY CUES IN EARLY LIFE AS OCCURS IN MICE see Yamazaki et al Science, 240, 1331, 1988

EFFECT OF HISTOCOMPATIBILITY ON REPRODUCTIVE PERFORMANCE BECOMES MORE EVIDENT IN LATER PREGNANCIES. COMPATIBLE FETUSES MAY NOT INITIATE MATERNAL IMMUNOLOGIC REPONSE THAT PREVENTS REJECTION OF THE EMBRYO. HUTTERITES DO NOT USE CONTRACEPTION, HAVE HIGH FERTILITY AND LARGE FAMILY SIZES. SHARING HLA ANTIGENS DOES NOT PRECLUDE FERTILITY BUT MAY INCREASE FETAL LOSSES
