Abiogenesis vs microRNA Biogenesis (1)

Retroviruses, such as human endogenous retroviruses (HERVs) cause one gene to influence two or more seemingly unrelated morphological and/or behavioral phenotypic traits. The HERVs are biophysically constrained by naturally occurring food energy-dependent pheromone-controlled feedback loops, which all serious scientists have linked from Darwin’s “conditions of life” to all biodiversity across kingdoms via transgenerational epigenetic inheritance of morphological and behavioral phenotypes.

They linked the creation of the sun’s anti-entropic virucidal energy from microRNA biogenesis to the physiology of reproduction and all biodiversity via epigenetic imprinting.

Light-activated microRNA biogenesis in plants and polycombic ecological adaptations can be compared to the hecatombic evolution of disease in 1) Virus-mediated archaeal hecatomb and 2) Eukaryotic plankton diversity in the sunlit ocean via the claim about plankton diversity in the sunlit ocean.

I repeat,  sunlight has been linked to all biodiversity via Darwin’s “conditions of life.”

The code is altered by energy as information or by the virus-driven energy theft that links mutations to all pathology.

The CRISPR Cas technology links virus-induced mutations to all pathology, but variations of the technoligy are still promoted as potential cures for virus-driven damage to DNA. Simply put, the technology uses viruses to damage DNA and researchers hope that the damage will be repaired in the context of naturally occurring RNA interference.


Moving forward: “Retrovirology is an open access, online journal that publishes stringently peer-reviewed, high-impact articles on host-pathogen interactions, fundamental mechanisms of replication, immune defenses, animal models, and clinical science relating to retroviruses. Retroviruses are pleiotropically found in animals. Well-described examples include avian, murine and primate retroviruses.”

Endogenous Retroviruses in Evolution and Disease. The Editors of @MobDNAjournal and @Retrovirology extend an invitation to submit original research articles related to endogenous retroviruses.

Without the effects of anti-entropic virucidal light, which biophysically constrains microRNA-mediated biodiversity in the context of energy-dependent changes to organized genomes, effects on transcription could not be compared to virus-driven inhibition of the suppressive effects caused by the CRISPR Cas gene-editing and vaccines.

We conclude that the Tat peptide mimetic, F07#13, induces TGS of HIV-1 by induction of viral ncRNA (i.e. TAR and TAR-gag) and subsequent complexing with transcriptional suppressive proteins (i.e. PCR2, Sin3A, and Cul4B), promoting a TGS “RNA machine”, and may elicit Tat degradation by promoting Tat ubiquitination, resulting in inhibition of Pol II elongation. Furthermore, we report F07#13 synergizes with Cas9+TAR3/6 to impair HIV-1 replication in multiple cell types. These results provide insight into future potential uses of agents (i.e. F07#13) promoting formation of an “RNA machine” with specificity against HIV-1 transcription in clinical settings.

They linked the virus-driven creation of a toxic peptide to the degradation of messenger RNA that links mutations to all pathology. The “RNA machine” is built from the light-activated assembly of the microRNA-RNA-peptide nanocomplex. Unfortunately, there are many people and groups of people that do not want others to know how suppression of the effects of viruses occurs to prevent the creation of toxic peptides in the fixed RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions required for genome organization.
